This information will be used to evaluate financial hardship and be used to determine if you are eligible to receive a free membership/s, or the amount of discount you will receive, if any. Filling out this form is not a guarantee that any discount will be given. if you have your basic needs met, please consider saving for a few weeks or months to be able to afford the membership, as BKFZ is also experiencing hard times. But I will give discounts to those who I feel truly have a financial hardship. In order to be considered, you will need to follow instructions below. |
