• Construction paper

• Multi-colors of tissue paper, cut into 1-2" squares

• Crayons, markers or paint.

• Scissors.

• Glue Sticks or paste.

• Yarn (Optional)

• Hole punch (Optional)

• Color or paint the picture, except the rainbow.

• Glue picture onto construction paper.

• Cut tissue paper into 1-1/2" strips, then 1-1/2" squares.

• Roll up the tissue paper squares into little balls.

• Glue them on the rainbow (same color throughout teach stripe)

• To hang picture, attach yarn by hole-punching the top of the picture at the corners and pulling a piece of yarn through it. (Optional)
