If you are experiencing trouble logging in to the membership part of the website after you have received your password:

1. Make sure you are on the website that you ordered. We have two. The other website is Sunday School Fun Zone: http://sunday-school-fun-zone.com. This is a common mistake, as they are very similar and linked in many places.

2. Make sure your CAPS LOCK key is off.

3. Make sure you are using the correct case (upper case or lower case letters), as the words are case-sensitive.

4. Make sure you are not adding spaces after the words, as we do automatically to type sentences.

Also: As I am getting overloaded with email requests, please use a browser that will give you the option to have it "remember" your passwords; And, as a back-up, please also keep your login information posted near your computer, or in a notebook, in case of computer crash.
